STANY DŹWIĘKOWE (SONIC STATES), 2025, sound performance and performative workshop; in collaboration with Piotr Blajerski As part of the exhibition State of Disappearance, we invited people to experiences the kiosk not only as an object to listen to but also a space for collaborative sound creation. We listened attentively to what usually goes unnoticed—micro-sounds, resonances, and hidden tones of the structure. People could act inside the small space as well as explore the sounds outside of it. We delved deep, beyond the familiar sound associations connected to the kiosks—the clinking of coins, the rustling of newspapers, the creaking of the window or bars. Together, we created an audio story about the kiosk by interacting with its material using specialized microphones and allowing ourselves and ohers for musical improvisation.
